Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Greatway Sixer, we are committed to delivering your orders with speed, efficiency, and care. As a responsible manufacturer and distributor of high-quality sports products, we take the entire delivery process seriously — from the moment an order is received to the point it reaches your doorstep. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines all relevant procedures, responsibilities, and expectations associated with the transportation and delivery of your orders. All customers are strongly advised to read this policy thoroughly before placing an order through our platform or any of our official channels. By confirming your order, you automatically agree to be bound by the delivery terms detailed herein.

All delivery-related costs, including courier fees, freight surcharges, packaging costs, and distance-based handling charges, are to be borne solely by the buyer. Our logistics framework operates on a distance-based pricing model to ensure transparency, fairness, and predictability. Shipping charges are determined primarily by the delivery address in relation to our dispatch location. For shorter distances typically under 200 kilometers, a standard rate of ₹200 is applied. For medium-range destinations between 200 to 400 kilometers, the delivery fee is ₹400. For longer-distance shipments exceeding 400 kilometers, the charge is fixed at ₹500. However, this structure may be subject to modifications based on weight-based slabs, remote area surcharges, special packaging requirements, courier service availability in your region, and market fluctuations related to fuel prices or third-party handling charges. In such cases, a minor variance in shipping costs may be applied, and we reserve the right to notify you of this adjustment before dispatch.

Once an order is confirmed and acknowledged by our system, it enters the order processing queue. Our standard processing timeline ranges between two to three working days from the date of confirmation. During this time, the product undergoes a quality assurance check, careful packing, labeling, documentation, and handover to our designated courier partner. Once the package is officially dispatched, we make it a point to share the relevant tracking details with the buyer either through email or WhatsApp, depending on the communication preference recorded during order placement. It is essential that the buyer provides a valid phone number and email address at the time of placing the order to ensure that the tracking information is shared successfully. Failure to provide accurate contact information may result in the buyer not receiving crucial delivery updates.

Delivery timeframes after dispatch are contingent on the geographical distance of the destination, the efficiency of the chosen logistics partner, and any external conditions that may affect the courier network. Although our partnered couriers are known for their professionalism and wide coverage, we do not take responsibility for delays caused by factors beyond our control such as natural disasters, strikes, unanticipated courier disruptions, traffic regulations, health emergencies, or political unrest. In such events, while we cannot guarantee delivery timelines, we remain committed to providing full assistance and transparency throughout the delay. Our support team remains reachable via official channels for any inquiries or complaints, and we encourage customers to keep their tracking numbers safely for future reference.

Please note that Greatway Sixer currently does not support or offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option for any orders, regardless of order value, destination, or product category. All payments are to be made in advance using approved methods. Furthermore, we do not provide free shipping under any promotional or seasonal campaign, as we believe in maintaining price integrity and operational consistency throughout the year. All logistics expenses are passed on at actual or near-actual rates to the buyer, without hidden costs or exaggerated pricing.

It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the delivery address submitted during the checkout process is accurate, complete, and deliverable. Any failure in delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information, unavailability of the recipient at the delivery location, or refusal to accept the package will be treated as a failed delivery. In such scenarios, the original delivery fee will not be refunded, and the buyer will be required to bear any additional charges related to re-delivery or return logistics if applicable. We highly recommend double-checking your address before confirming your order, especially if you reside in apartment complexes, commercial buildings, or areas with non-standard addresses.

In the event that your shipment arrives damaged, opened, or visibly tampered with, we advise you to reject the package and immediately notify our customer support with photographic evidence. Any claims raised after 48 hours of receiving a delivery will not be entertained. Buyers are expected to inspect their deliveries promptly and report discrepancies in packaging, quantity, or item integrity within a reasonable timeframe. We maintain detailed handover documentation and rely on courier proof-of-delivery records to validate any claims or disputes.
